To qualify for the Best Cruise Price Guarantee you must have first purchased a cruise from AREA Vacations either in person or by telephone. The Best Cruise Price Guarantee applies to cruise fares only. It does not apply to travel insurance, air and land components, pre and post cruise packages, onboard credits, transfers, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, or cash back/dollars off pricing. It also does not apply to government fees and taxes; fuel supplement charges, group cruise rates or amenities, membership programs, charters, corporate discounts, rewards programs, incentive meetings, consolidator or interline prices, prices obtained by auction or similar processes, prices available with a coupon, supplemental incentives, or travel agent promotions not offered by the cruise line to the general public. The lower rate must be for the same ship, sail date, stateroom category, and number of guests. The lower price must be an advertised price in the English language in US Dollars and available to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where it is necessary to call to get the price or when the price is offered in an email. The price must be available for booking at the time AREA Vacations verifies the lower price and the booked passenger making the request must qualify for the rate. Best Cruise Price Guarantee requests must be emailed to travel@area-vacations.com within 24 hours of booking the cruise. The email must contain sufficient and precise information to allow AREA Vacations to verify the lower price. AREA Vacations retains sole discretion and exclusive right to determine if the lower price meets the requirements of these terms and conditions. AREA Vacations reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Cruise Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to cruise purchasers.
